Black and White Damask Bedspread for Teenage Girls
My teenage girl's black and white damask bedroom design ideas. I think that for her first interior design project that things went very well, don't you?
I would like to get opinions as to whether a black and white damask bedspread would be for teenage girls or not? Our bedroom furniture (I will post a picture as soon as I can) isn't really very modern like some teen or tween girl sets and this black and white bedspread looks like it would be fine but I don't want to make a mistake and have to send it back because my daughter doesn't want it.
I am considering buying this set for my daughter after I saw some at pictures of bedrooms decorated for teen girls in black and white.
I think that either black and white French toile or damask print bedding would be the best choices.

You see, I found a queen size set for sale at a very cheap price (the set includes six pieces, the bedspread, two pillow shams, two Euro shams and one accent pillow) I snapped it up thinking it was perfect for our plans. I was so excited and took it home to show my daughter only to have her look at the picture on the front of the package and say it looked like an old lady's comforter set. I was shocked since first of all the fabric is the color and style that we discussed AND I've seen the same ruched or "crinkled" flounce on bedspreads that were outrageously expensive. PLUS, the black portion of the fabric is flocked which sets it apart from a fancy bedspread that might be used in a master bedroom.
She said that she wants me to ask for opinions here on Bedroom Decorating Ideas and Designs
and then (when you all prove that she is right) put it up for resale on Ebay, but before I do, I wanted to ask where I can find a comforter that is better than this one so that I won't make the same mistake twice!
