Cow print bedding is a favorite, and in many cases gender neutral choice for a western or ranch style bedroom. Beyond pillows and cowhide rugs, depending on how rustic or how feminine you might like your cow bedroom to be, you might add pillows made from cowhide with the hair still on or put your vintage cow bell collection on display.
