FUNKY PURPLE PAISLEY BEDDING SET

I found this funky purple paisley bedding set when I was looking for that purple zebra bedding set that everybody's raving about that is apparently sold out. Wild animal prints have been popular for several seasons in a row and that makes me wonder if maybe I want a different print?

Another question I have is whether this purple throw blanket I got is going to look good with this bedding set or is it just going to get lost in all that purple fabric? You can't tell from the pictures how gorgeous this plum colored throw is but it's what made me want to decorate my whole bedroom in purple..it's just that great.

Great job on finding that funky purple paisley bedding set! It's no secret to the girls who visit Girls Bedroom Decorating Ideas and Designs that purple bedrooms are one of my favorites but in my opinion the throw (on my monitor anyway) is more of a plum wine color than purple. If using its exact color it in your bedroom is that important, I would be afraid to buy the purple paisley comforter without seeing it in person.

Is that comforter set gray and purple? Maybe Jana could buy a charcoal gray throw and use it on the foot of the bed and drape the dusty plum colored throw on a chair?

I'd have to see everything in person, but matching those shades of purple is going to be very difficult. In the picture the "funky purple paisley bedding set" appears to have a reddish shade of plum border with the colors in the paisley portion of the fabric ranging from lavender and pink to black or gray and the picture of the throw looks like something altogether different.

She should make plans to put some distance between the two fabrics and paint the walls a neutral shade like gray. A purple and gray bedroom would be very cool.
